He worked for more than 10 years at D&S (currently Walmart Chile), holding different positions, including Commercial Manager Food and later as responsible for the real estate development of stores.
CARLOS ANDRÉS FELL COSTA

Industrial Engineer from Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from Sloan School of Management at MIT. He started his professional career in Investment Banking at JPMorgan. In 2003 he co-founded the first Search Fund in Chile, which acquired Glasstech S.A., a leading glass processing company. The company was sold in 2010, resulting in excellent returns to investors. Mr. Fell also has developed a long track record in structuring private and listed funds in Chile.
CAMILO JUSTINIANO BRIONES

Industrial Engineer from Universidad Católica (Chile) and MBA from Stanford (USA). He worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Co. in the Palo Alto office in California from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, from 2011 to 2014 he was a member of the board of INFOCAP, a jesuit non-profit institution dedicated to educating and training workers below the poverty line. Mr. Justiniano has participated in diverse projects and in the management of financial and real estate assets, both in Chile and abroad.
Luis Felipe Lehuedé Grob

Industrial Engineer from Universidad Católica and MBA from Stanford Mr. Lehuedé also co-founded with Mr. Fell the first Search Fund in Chile, which successfully managed until it was sold in 2009. During the same year Mr. Lehuede co-founded and led as CEO (2009-2022) RedMegacentro, which became the second largest industrial and largest self storage Real Estate Company in Chile. Today this company has assets in Chile, Perú and the US with more 18 million SF in place.
M. IGNACIA DONOSO IZQUIERDO

Business Administration from Universidad Católica (Chile). She joined Neorentas in 2016 and currently serves as CFO. Between 2013 and 2016 she worked in the Corporate Finance Department of Parque Arauco, a publicly traded entity, and one of the largest retail developers in Chile.
